Your daily habits will determine your success. This engine is built on two key rituals.
A. The 10-Minute Night Ritual (Reflect Today, Plan Tomorrow)

🎯
Purpose: To end the day with clarity and wake up with a precise plan, removing all morning confusion.
</aside>
Perform this 10 minutes before you finish the last session of the day:
- Quantitative Retrospect: Look at your checklist for the day. What did you quantitatively finish? (e.G., "30 PYQs," "1 chapter summary"). Be honest.
- Qualitative Reflection (The 80/20 Rule): Ask yourself: "What was the one thing that slowed me down today?" and "What is the one small change I can make tomorrow to be more efficient?"
- Example: "I got stuck on one hard math problem for 40 minutes." -> "Tomorrow, I will use a 10-minute timer per hard problem. If I don't solve it, I'll mark it and move on or learn quickly through sir or internet or other resources. Learning and internalising is the goal, not the ego of solving everything by yourself"
- Objective Goal-Setting (For Tomorrow):
- Based on your weekly plan, set specific, realistic goals for the next day.
- Bad Plan: "Do Physics."
- Good Plan: "Physics (Mechanics): 1. Review summary notes (30 min). 2. Solve 2025, 2024 PYQs (45 questions - 2 hours). 3. Review marked problems from my material (30 questions - 1 hour)." 4. …..
- Revision-Ready Check: As you pack up, ensure all notes, solved problems, and summaries from today’s chapter are in a format that is easy to revise later. Don't create a mess you can't learn from.
